We collect the contact, property and service details you submit so we can process the request, evaluate provider fit, operate the routing network, prevent abuse and measure acquisition performance. If you attach files, they are stored behind opaque signed links for a limited period. Campaign parameters such as UTM tags and advertising click IDs may be recorded to measure which acquisition sources produce useful requests. We do not use submitted property-service information to make decisions based on protected personal characteristics. Requests may be shared with relevant service providers when routing is appropriate. Contact details configured by the operator should be used for privacy requests.

Operator legal/contact details should be configured in the production environment and reflected in your business records.
